Q: How do I return or exchange an order?

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most U.S. orders ship within 2 business days of their receipt. Orders that select an expedited shipping option are usually shipped within 1 business day if received by 5pm EST.

Processing time is between 0 to 5 business days for in-stock orders. From the moment your order is received, we begin to process it. Once the order has been processed, it is ready to be shipped.

Shipping time refers to the time after the order is processed to when it appears at your door. Shipping times may be up to 10 business days in duration depending on distance, carrier and items purchased.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive once they have shipped?
A: Orders choosing free shipping arrive within 4-8 business days, the exception being international and APO/FPO orders.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: We offer 3 day FedEx Express Saver, 2 day Air and Standard Overnight. Overnight delivery is available, but keep in mind that they do require a day of processing to ship, although we will make every effort to get them out the same day if ordered early enough.

Q: Are the items listed all first quality and under warranty?
A: We do NOT sell second, blemishes or slight imperfect items, everything is first quality and carries a full manufacturers warranty.

Q: I am looking for a model not listed here, does that mean you don't carry them?
A: If they are not listed on the site, please email us at and let us know what you are looking for and we will either tell you an ETA or let you know if that product is no longer available.

Q: I work for a government agency which is tax exempt, how do I make sure I don't get charged taxes?
A: If outside the state of Texas, you will not be charged tax on any order. If in Texas, send us an email and we will set you up with a customer ID that is tax exempt. We will need you to fax or email a copy of the Tax Exempt Certificate and Tax ID # before we can complete the setup.

Q: I am a purchaser for a government agency, do you accept Purchase Orders?
A: Yes we do, we would need you to email us at so we can set up an account and inform you of our PO requirements
