Never had a problem ordering 9.5s online until this Rock brand,  It was so tight it had to be a narrow not a medium width.

This is my 4th pair of the Alpha boots and yes up to this point I have loved them. I work 12hr shifts on my feet all day and the boots hold up very well. This last pair is sized wrong and is no wide, still have my last 3 pair to check by. Been to the local shoe shop and had them stretch 2 times and no luck.
