Warm and comfortable December 20, 2014
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Elizabeth, NJ United States
- Warm.
- Not so slippery as other Vibram based boots.
- Comfortable.
- Dry fast. Even if they are a little wet and you have to put them on, them dry on you quickly. Retain warm when wet too, but of course not so much as dry.
- Membrane keeps temperature at normal level so you won't be sweating in heated buildings like you would in full leather or rubberbased boots. But still these boots are not for intrabuildings\office and so on usage. If you spend a lot of time in buildings looks something with less insulation.
- Good "thermal" socks highly recommended. No cotton, look for synthetics, like coolmax or thermolite socks. Maybe synth+wool if you're a freezing type of person.

Awesome service / Awesome boots August 30, 2014
Reviewer: Chip G from Wilmington, DE United States
First thing I have to mention is how fast these boots got to my door. I ordered them on Thursday afternoon, and they arrived at my door Saturday afternoon. GREAT, GREAT service! Secondly, these boots are awesome, I took the advice from other reviews about the sizes, these boots DO run large I ordered a half size smaller because they are insulated (a whole size smaller if non insulated) But the boots fit perfect, they look awesome they feel awesome, the only thing left is to see how they perform in the cold wet weather and how long they hold up. I will follow up after we get through winter.

awesome boot. little stiff out of the box which was expected due to the extra thickness of the insulation however once broken in performs great.
would recommend with good pair of thick wool socks for cold weather climate
very satisfied with purchase

Best boots I've ever worn. February 9, 2013
Reviewer: Andre from Jackson, WY United States
Previously, I've owned Wellco and Corcoran boots, but the Bellevilles' are far better. Comfort is unsurpassed in my experience, and there is virtually no break-in period. As far as warmth, they're almost as warm as my "mickey" boots. I wore them for several hours  in -20F and had no problem keeping my feet warm. Durability remains to be seen, but they certainly feel like a very rugged/durable boot. The only thing I can say is less than expected is the "Vibram Fire & Ice" out sole. Although I have not had the opportunity to test it's resilience to fire, it does absolutely nothing to provide traction on ice. In fact, I've owned Nike sneakers that do a far better job. Overall this is an extraordinary boot and I would highly recommend it. Just be sure to buy a half size smaller than your dress shoe size. (I wear US 14 so I bought US 13.5 and got a perfect fit!) If you buy Bellevilles without insulation, go a full size smaller. They run large.

Awesome Service! January 10, 2013
Reviewer: Paul Jung from Oak Harbor, WA United States
I had intended to order the steel toe version of these boots but "mis-clicked" and didn't catch my error until the boots arrived.  Magnum Boots treated me like their #1 customer in returing the boots and sending out the ones I needed for work. Great boots -- the standard Belleville comfort I've known for years and very nice with the 600gm Thinsulate working outdoors in the Pacific Northwest. Recommend the boots and the seller to all my friends on the job.
