Previously, I've owned Wellco and Corcoran boots, but the Bellevilles' are far better. Comfort is unsurpassed in my experience, and there is virtually no break-in period. As far as warmth, they're almost as warm as my "mickey" boots. I wore them for several hours in -20F and had no problem keeping my feet warm. Durability remains to be seen, but they certainly feel like a very rugged/durable boot. The only thing I can say is less than expected is the "Vibram Fire & Ice" out sole. Although I have not had the opportunity to test it's resilience to fire, it does absolutely nothing to provide traction on ice. In fact, I've owned Nike sneakers that do a far better job. Overall this is an extraordinary boot and I would highly recommend it. Just be sure to buy a half size smaller than your dress shoe size. (I wear US 14 so I bought US 13.5 and got a perfect fit!) If you buy Bellevilles without insulation, go a full size smaller. They run large.

I had intended to order the steel toe version of these boots but "mis-clicked" and didn't catch my error until the boots arrived. Magnum Boots treated me like their #1 customer in returing the boots and sending out the ones I needed for work. Great boots -- the standard Belleville comfort I've known for years and very nice with the 600gm Thinsulate working outdoors in the Pacific Northwest. Recommend the boots and the seller to all my friends on the job.
