Improper Fit/Poor Quality May 24, 2013

The sole's fit fine, but the boot around the heel was so baggy it was un-wearable. These are made to seem like they are the desert version of the bates 922 black leather boots, they are not. The design for the 1228 is flawed and should have been a direct copy of the black 922. Due to the no return policy on these boots I had to eat it and sell them for 25 bucks at an army navy store. DO NOT BUY.
